Entry for August 14, 2006

Ok, its been a few days. A few long days I should say. Like I mentioned last time we started moving. The electricity company sut off the electricity 3 days early! I was so upset but there was nothing we could do. Believe me, they got a pretty wordy phone call. So, that mean we did the last of the moving & cleaning with no a/c in 100 degree weather!!! Needless to say I think I lost about 20lbs! TOday I went in & finished. When I was leaving the apartment & locked it up for the last time, I was sad. I know it was my idea to move back to Ca, but still, we lived there for 2yrs, all of Eric Ryans life!

We also had a drs apt today, in the morning. It was with his gastro. dr. It turns out, Eric Ryan lost more weight. 3 more oz lost. I dont know whats going on I am starting to get a little worried. So, the dr decided instead of 4 feeds a day, he's going to get 5. This means shorter time between feeds which is ok because Eric Ryan has been getting fussy about 1 hr before the next feed.

Things between me & Big Eric are actually pretty good right now. Well, I should say great. We cleaned the apartment together & didnt fight. We spent most of the evening together last night at his apartment that he's sharing with a friend & it was awesome. I think its just that we cant live together. So, plans to go to Ca are still on, Im just not sure how long I'm going to be there.

Hello Abby and little Eric Ryan

Don't you hate it when you think they are gaining weigh and find out that there not. I think it's funny because 6 oz to our kids is alot but for you or me we would have to lose 10lbs to notice. Ryland was 19 lbs for the longest time and I didn't think we would ever get to 20lbs but now he is finally 26lbs and we are looking for a goal of 28 by his 3 birthday. He is a little over 36 inches long and it seems like he grows longer with ever couple onces he gains. He would be more like 38inches long if he had a normal size head, that's the only thing not getting bigger he still wears a 3-6 month size with hats.

Hope your move goes good and your Boog-a-boo is good for the trip. Ryland has a DVD player and if we didn't have that we would never beable to go anywhere.

Ryland gets very fussy when he gets hungry, which is nice because before he never seemed to hungry and wanting to eat.
Take Care
