Ok, so I figured out why Eric Ryan has beensuper fussy & not sleeping during the last week or so. I know he's been fussy on & off but this time it has been now stop. I knew something was going on but couldnt figure it out. Well, the other day I was trying to calm him down & it came to me to check his mouth to see if his gums were ok. I put a glove on & sure enough, on his lower gums both sides were swollen. Actually the right side was barely poking through. But the left is still swollen. I put orajel & gave tylenol but it didnt calm him. So, I just started massaging his gums with my finger & he soon fell asleep. I have been also giving teething tablets that my sisters claim work better then orajel but I didnt see a difference, besides he kept trying to push them out! Well thank God he seems to be lots better the past 2 days. The night before last was hell. He didnt sleep at all. He didnt fall asleep till 10am! My poor Boog-a-boo's voice was all scratchy! But when he woke up in the late afternoon hes was better. Last night he slept the majority & right now he is calm as can be in his swing.
We have an interview with the nurse & therapist from the school I want Ryan to get into this coming Tuesday & an apointment with his new pediatricain on Thursday. I cant wait to get back into a routine with him.
